Through my specific methods I can inform, practice and prepare with the group to help them better understand and manage any specific intercultural context they may encounter.

Intercultural Individual Coaching
I can inform, practice and prepare any individual for any specific intercultural situation by providing them with a basic overview of the target culture, a strategy for navigating through the situation and a set of recommendations to produce the best possible results.

I can tailor the workshops to be either a general interculutral training/coaching to prepare people for many different cultures or a specific training workshop for a specified target culture. Conflict resolution in intercultural situations is also an important topic which can be included in a course or designed with regard to a whole course if required.

All my trainings focus on self-reflection of the participants' national, regional and individual culture first in order to understand their own cultural values system. This helps to provide a frame of reference from which to compare to the target culture (see concept page).

The trainings will be a mix of interaction, theory, case studies and specific examples.
Every student must be ready to interact, to fully participate, keep an open mind and be willing to learn.

Language of instruction:
All workshops are based in English or a mix of English and German if required.
Most intercultural situations in international business take place in English, so navigating through the English language as a communications tool is essential.
